21% Dutch VAT for not VAT registred companies
In case your company is not VAT registred 21%Dutck VAT will be added to the prices as shown on the website and pricelist. This will automaticly be calculated before the checkout.
0% VAT and intra-community delivery for VAT registred companies.
In case your company is VAT registred and we have been able to verify your number we can supply our bicycles without VAT. This is called intra-community delivery. The tax charge will be transferred to the receiving party, which means that you as our business partner are responsible for reporting and paying VAT in the UK.
If you are a dropshipping customer you will have a dealer login.
1. Log on to the site and you will get to see our dealer prices and be able to order.
2. Add the bicycles to your shopping chart.
3. After you added all required bicycles to your shopping chart, go to your shopping chart and add a delivery address to each bike, or check the box “company address” in case you would like to have a bike shipped to your company.
4. Once an address is nominated for each bike, press continue.
5. You will see your company details and where the invoice will be sent.
6. Choose your payment method and complete the payment.
After the order is placed
Once the order is placed correctly and payment is received you will get your invoice immediately.
Orders placed before 6.00pm will be processed the same day. The day after processing our logistics partner will collect the orders and from that moment the delivery should take about 2-4 working days.
Providing the bike to your customer
When your customer receives the bike they will have to check to ensure that it is the right bike with the right specifications. If everything is in order they can sign for delivery. In the unlikely event that the bike is different from what was ordered, your customer may refuse the delivery and tell the shipper to send it back to the sender. We will then ensure that the correct bike is sent as soon as possible.
Please ensure that your customer has checked the bike as if they sign for an incorrect delivery you will be responsible for return of the bike. The bike can be sent back to Holland (at your expense) and you will get a full refund, alternatively, the bike can be sold again by you.
*Please note that we make every effort to ensure correct deliveries and we do not expect wrong deliveries will occur often. However, as it is very difficult for us to retrieve half-assembled bikes from the UK, we need your customers to check and double check the delivery.
All our bikes come with one-year standard warranty. In case of a warranty issue we will send the spare parts free of charge to your customer or to your bicycle shop. Just send us an e-mail with a picture of the damaged part that needs to be replaced and we will take care of it. If the value of the damaged parts that need to be replaced is higher than the shipping costs from the Netherlands we have the right to compensate the wholesale value of the damaged parts instead of sending replacement parts.
In the unfortunate case that a battery of an electric bike breaks down within 1 year it will be replaced free of charge. Before replacement a professional bicycle shop needs to determine if the battery is indeed malfunctioning.The old battery will be picked up at delivery of the new one, so it needs to be packed for shipping.
The warranty is not valid for light corrosion and the tires. The warranty is also subject to the bike being used reasonably and in accordance with specifications (for example, not unreasonably overloading the bike).
*Please note that we do all we can to keep our stock up to date on our frequently provided stock lists, but there is always a possibility of some lag time between our stock levels and updating the list. In case you ordered and paid for a bicycle that is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you as soon as we find out. It should be possible to change the order or to get a refund.
